Visiting this website
The site has no advertising trackers or optional analytics installed. The interactive demo uses fictional examples held in your browser’s memory; it does not send messages or collect form submissions. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect it.
When you contact me
Your email address, name and the information you choose to send are used to respond, assess the project and maintain the necessary conversation. The basis for this is the legitimate interest in handling relevant business enquiries. Where you request steps towards a contract as an individual, those steps may also be necessary before entering that contract.
A rough description is enough. Please use fictional or redacted examples. Do not email passwords, customer records or sensitive documents.
Services involved
Incoming mail to the business address is forwarded through Cloudflare to a Google Gmail inbox. Clicking “Open Gmail” opens Google’s service; clicking an email link opens your chosen email application. Their privacy practices apply when you use those services. These providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements. No enquiry details are sold or added to a newsletter.
Keeping information
Correspondence is kept while assessing or discussing the work and for relevant follow-up. Unneeded information is deleted when the enquiry is closed, unless a record is needed for an agreed project, a dispute or a legal obligation. Client work requires separate agreement about access, retention and the tools used before real customer data is shared.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information is held, request a correction or deletion, or object to its use. Other rights, including restriction and portability, may apply depending on the circumstances. Email the address above to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
